Amanda was a skilled facilitator who was sensitive, calming and knowledgeable in delivering and including the whole staff team in exploring mental health and well being. Positive tools and strategies were provided which are helpful for us as individual practitioners but equally to be able to share with those we support. Always good to be able to promote mindful practice.

I found the self-discipline the best, as i can sometimes work longer hours and extra days with working from home. Sometimes a wee reminder to ones self can be detrimental to being the best version of ourselves we can be to our clients and service users
